If your payment went through but the item never arrived, head to your Order History — if the order is stuck in “Delivering” for more than 10 minutes, message us on Discord with your order ID and we’ll resolve it right away.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 3–5 business days. Crypto refunds reach your wallet within an hour. Gift card balance is returned to your BloxMarket account instantly.
Seller payouts release once both inventory snapshots are verified by our escrow worker. If your sale shows “Pending Verification” for more than 30 minutes, contact support with your order ID.
“Awaiting payment” means the buyer’s payment hasn’t cleared yet. Card payments confirm in seconds; crypto requires 1–2 blockchain confirmations. The order is reserved during this window and will release if not paid in 30 minutes.
If your order has been silent for more than 15 minutes, reach out on Discord with your order ID. 95% of orders complete in under 60 seconds, so an extended delay usually means the seller needs a nudge.
Our fraud system flags new accounts that share device or payment fingerprints with existing accounts. If you believe this is a false positive, message support with a screenshot of the warning and we’ll review manually.
Most declines come from your bank’s anti-fraud system flagging cross-border or digital-goods charges. Try a different card, a different network (e.g. Visa ↔ Mastercard), or contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
